Delivery Information
Monterubik.me operates as both a physical store and an online store.
1. Delivery area
At the moment, we deliver exclusively within Montenegro.
2. Delivery methods
When placing an order, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:
2.1. Post Express (Post of Montenegro) – delivery to your address
The delivery time is the next business day after dispatch. The courier collects orders that are completed by on a business day and delivers them on the next business day. Orders created after will be collected and dispatched on the next business day.
For an order to be completed, it must be prepaid (by card or online banking), or you must select cash on delivery (to the courier) at checkout.
If you pay by bank transfer, to speed up processing you may send the payment confirmation to: info@monterubik.me.
2.2. Regular mail (Post of Montenegro) – delivery to your address
The delivery time is up to 3 business days after dispatch. We ship daily the orders that are completed by of the current business day. Orders created after are shipped on the next business day.
For an order to be completed, it must be prepaid (by card or online banking), or you must select cash on delivery (to the postman) at checkout.
If you pay by bank transfer, to speed up processing you may send the payment confirmation to: info@monterubik.me.
2.3. NELT parcel lockers – pickup from a parcel locker
Delivery to parcel lockers is provided by NELT. Parcel lockers are available at 26 locations in 13 cities across Montenegro: Podgorica, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj, Nikšić, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Bijelo Polje, Berane, Rožaje, Cetinje, Pljevlja, and Tivat.

We dispatch the order to a parcel locker on the next business day after receiving the completed order. After NELT collects the parcel and after the parcel locker location is selected, the parcel is usually placed in the selected locker within up to 2 business days, unless there is increased parcel volume at the selected location.
For an order to be completed, it must be prepaid (by card or online banking), or you must select cash on delivery at checkout. Important: when paying on delivery at a parcel locker, payment is possible only by payment card at the locker POS terminal.
When the parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive a Viber/SMS message with the code for opening the compartment. The parcel must be collected within 48 hours from the moment it is placed in the locker. If it is not collected within this period, it is returned to the sender.
2.4. Pickup at the MBE center in Podgorica
You can pick up your order at the MBE center in Podgorica. We deliver the order to the MBE center on the next business day after receiving the order.
MBE center address: Vasa Raičkovića 2A, Podgorica, Montenegro.
You can pick up your order Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00.
2.5. In-person pickup at the Monterubik.me store in Podgorica
In-person pickup is available at the monterubik.me store in Podgorica. When placing an order,
select the In-person pickup
option.
Pickup address: Svetozara Markovića 33, Podgorica, Montenegro.
You can pick up a prepaid order, or pay for and pick up the order in the store on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00 to 17:00. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
2.6. Store courier service (Tivat, Kotor, Budva, Cetinje, and Podgorica)
For orders with a delivery address in the municipalities of Tivat, Kotor, Budva, Cetinje, and Podgorica, delivery by the monterubik.me store courier service is available. The delivery time is up to 2 business days.
3. Delivery prices
Delivery price depends on the selected option and the order value. Free delivery applies to orders over €90.
